Booking & Cancellation Policy
Reservations
It is advisable to book reservations well in advance of your prospective stay.
Deposit & Payment
Prepayment for the first night by credit card is required to guarantee reservations.
Payment for additional nights will be charged upon check-in.
Minimum Stay Requirements
A two-night minimum stay is required for most weekends.
A three-night minimum stay applies for certain holiday periods.
Cancellation Policy
If five (5) or more days’ cancellation notice is given, deposits will be returned minus a fee of 20% of the room rate.
Cancellations made within five (5) days of arrival will forfeit the deposit.
Group & Cabin Limitations
To preserve a tranquil setting and the natural ambience of Big Sur, Ripplewood Resort does not make group reservations. There is a two-cabin limit per party, whether the cabins are booked individually or under one reservation.
Pets
Dogs and other pets are not permitted in the cabins or as café and store customers. Only service dogs under ADA regulations are allowed. Violators will incur a $100 fee.
Registered Guests
Ripplewood Resort is for registered guests only.
