Resort Rules & Guest Policies

Ripplewood Resort offers a tranquil setting at all times. The joyful sound of children and guests at play is welcome until sunset.

  • Noise Policy: No outdoor audio systems. Indoor sound systems should not be audible outside. Boisterous partying may lead to ejection from the property.

  • Occupancy: Never more than the printed limit. A $125.00 fee will be charged per extra guest. Accommodations may be denied for over-occupancy.

  • Daily Housekeeping: Automatic after 11:00 AM. Use the red sign on the door for “Do Not Disturb” and the blue sign for “Service Please.”

  • Smoking: All units are non-smoking.

  • Pets: No pets are allowed. Only ADA service dogs are accepted.

  • Kitchens: Guests in kitchen units must wash used dishes well before leaving; otherwise, a service fee may apply.

  • Linens & Furniture: For indoor use only. Items in the cabins must remain in the cabins.

  • Footwear: Avoid wearing wet, sandy, or muddy shoes inside cabins.

  • Cooking: No cooking inside or outside units without kitchens.

  • Liability: Ripplewood Resort is not responsible for road conditions, foul weather, power outages, or personal emergencies.

  • Wi-Fi: The most reliable Wi-Fi is near or in the café & store. (The public library just north of the resort has greater bandwidth.) Wi-Fi access at the cabins may go out without notice.

By signing your registration form, you agree to abide by all Ripplewood Resort policies and verify that all registration information is correct.
